Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic digital advertising agency. The role involves designing and executing strategic influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms, from creator identification to performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and select influencers and creators that align with each brand’s objectives.
• Negotiate fees, collaboration terms and content usage rights.
• Manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, from planning through execution.
• Develop creative briefs and coordinate activations.
• Handle gifting, product seeding and shipment logistics.
• Monitor and analyse engagement, reach, conversions and ROI.
• Administer campaign budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Design, PR and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media or Influencer Marketing.
• Proven track record of managing influencer collaborations and delivering measurable results.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics.
