Infrastructure Deployment Administrator

About the role

The Infrastructure Deployment Administrator ensures the operational continuity and stability of Dollarcity's technology environment. You will manage the timely, secure, and automated deployment of applications, configurations, and security updates across retail points of sale and mobile devices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of applications, updates, configurations, and security patches using centralized management tools.
• Manage distribution of new mobile applications and versions through MDM platforms, ensuring consistency across devices.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort.
• Coordinate deployment schedules to minimize risk and avoid business interruptions.
• Administer and maintain deployment consoles, keeping environments clean and free of obsolete components.
• Conduct pilot tests and controlled validations before large‑scale rollouts.
• Produce technical documentation and reports on deployments, operational results, and best practices.
• Participate in incident resolution related to deployment tools, software distribution, or infrastructure stability.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Knowledge of deployment automation and centralized management tools.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
