About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Civil Engineer to lead large‑scale construction initiatives from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise all project phases.
Manage project budget and control costs.
Liaise with architects, engineers and contractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
Resolve issues and make strategic decisions to drive project success.
Provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Required profile

University degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects such as shopping centers, residential complexes and office buildings.
In‑depth knowledge of construction and safety regulations.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
