About the role

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team and actively participate in the monitoring and supervision of construction projects across various regions of El Salvador. The role involves ensuring project progress, quality, schedules, resources, and compliance with technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution and follow‑up of construction projects, verifying advances, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate with field personnel, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and technical records.
• Travel to different coastal zones as required for site inspections.

Required profile

• Graduated professional in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Member of the corresponding Professional College (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in civil engineering.
• Valid B1 driving license.
• Willingness to travel to various coastal locations.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office – Word and Excel.
• Google Drive.
• AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MS Project (desirable).
