About the role
The Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Engineer will lead the SSO (Safety, Health and Occupational) program for the DOM, ensuring compliance, risk management and continuous improvement of safety practices across ongoing projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the DOM SSO program, including tracking and control activities.
- Inspect work conditions on site and supervise the implementation of SSO plans in construction projects.
- Oversee the occupational risk management program and ensure its effective execution.
- Form and renew safety brigades required for the SSO management system.
- Develop, implement and follow up on occupational health and safety programs.
- Create and keep updated job‑specific risk matrices and workplace risk maps.
- Design and launch physical and psychosocial risk prevention campaigns in collaboration with the SSO committee and Communications Management.
Required profile
- Graduate in Industrial or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing SSO programs.
