About the role
Prefinsa is seeking a Resident Engineer to act as Project Leader for metal‑structure projects. The professional will plan, organize and supervise the execution of industrial construction works, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance and on‑time delivery while serving as the main liaison between internal teams, suppliers and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise metal construction projects from assembly through final hand‑over.
- Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams and logistical providers.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations and applicable codes.
- Generate progress reports, track milestones and update stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and control budgets.
- Monitor safety compliance on site and address any issues promptly.
Required profile
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
- Strong time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Proven experience leading work teams in industrial projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
