Intake Specialist – Fully Remote – USD Payments

About the role

Voxidea is seeking bilingual Intake Specialists to serve as the first point of contact for leads and clients seeking legal services. This fully remote position involves handling inquiries via phone or email, collecting client information, and guiding individuals toward appropriate resources.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, providing a friendly and helpful experience.
• Gather and document client information to assess needs and determine how the firm can assist.
• Listen empathetically and direct clients to suitable internal or external resources.
• Complete legal forms, maintain interaction records, and schedule consultations with legal experts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing calendars, and organizing paperwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation within contact centers.
• Proficiency in calendar and information flow management.
• Bilingual in English (C1+) and Spanish or Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Permanent residence in Latin America and reliable laptop with stable internet.
