IT Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Analyst to provide top‑tier technical support and ensure smooth operation of end‑user technology across the organization. The role involves collaborating with users and internal teams to configure, maintain, and support hardware, software, and IT assets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company’s IT asset inventory, including computers, monitors, peripherals and related equipment.
• Deliver remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software and end‑user devices, responding to tickets promptly.
• Administer access points, support network connectivity and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on operating systems and applications.
• Manage software licences, ensure compliance with IT policies and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
• Execute onboarding and off‑boarding processes, provisioning equipment, setting up accounts and recovering assets.
• Document incidents, resolutions and asset changes in the ticketing system and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, help‑desk or similar roles.
• Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Windows, Ubuntu and macOS operating systems.
• Endpoint management tools and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Network connectivity basics, access point administration and IT equipment setup.
• Ticketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• IT asset inventory management, software licence administration and vendor coordination.
