IT Analyst

About the role

Applaudo Studios is looking for an IT Analyst to provide top‑tier technical support and ensure smooth operation of end‑user technology. You will work closely with users and internal teams to configure, maintain, and support hardware, software, and IT assets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT asset inventory, including computers, monitors, peripherals and related equipment.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software and end‑user devices, responding to tickets promptly.
• Administer access points, support network connectivity, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on operating systems and applications.
• Handle software license compliance, IT onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
• Document incidents, asset changes and resolutions in the ticketing system while contributing to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
• Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Windows, Ubuntu and macOS operating systems.
• Endpoint management tools and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Network connectivity basics, access point administration and IT equipment setup.
• Ticketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• IT asset inventory management and software license administration.
