IT Office Support Consultant – Join Talent Pool

About the role

We are building a talent pool of qualified IT Office Support Consultants to provide end‑user assistance for IDB Group personnel across our offices in the Caribbean, Central and South America. Candidates will be considered for current and future positions as they arise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site IT support for hardware, software, connectivity and training needs.
• Provision, configure and maintain standard workstations throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain web‑conferencing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with networking, telecommunications, security systems and coordinate with local service providers.
• Support the rollout of new IT initiatives and act as liaison between IT teams.
• Document activities accurately in ticketing systems, reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support.
• Proficiency in English and one official Bank language (Spanish, French or Portuguese).
• Experience with customer support and basic project management is a plus.
