IT Recruiter – On-site in El Salvador

About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our multinational team in San Benito, El Salvador. You will play a key part in attracting and hiring top‑tier IT talent to support our clients across the public and private sectors. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work with diverse technical profiles and grow within a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, publish, and manage recruitment ads on digital platforms to attract IT candidates.
• Identify and evaluate qualified IT professionals through resume reviews, technical interviews, and other selection methods.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Maintain constant communication with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status.
• Collaborate with team leaders and internal clients to understand technical and cultural role requirements.
• Create and maintain talent databases focused on specialized IT profiles.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility among IT talent.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience recruiting for IT positions.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) to communicate with candidates and international teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
