IT Support Technician (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote IT Support Technician to handle service tickets, resolve endpoint and account issues, and perform routine Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, troubleshoot, document, and resolve support requests via ConnectWise RMM/PSA ticketing system.
• Use remote access tools to investigate device issues, run maintenance tasks, and support users.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (user onboarding/offboarding, licenses, MFA, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online) and Google Workspace (accounts, groups, Gmail, Drive permissions).
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops, Office apps, browsers, peripherals, and software installations.
• Support basic Windows Server and Active Directory tasks and diagnose networking issues (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Monitor RMM alerts, backup and endpoint protection notifications, and follow security procedures.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on IT support experience, preferably in an MSP or service‑desk environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English fluency.
• Ability to manage concurrent tickets, meet response targets, and explain technical issues to non‑technical users.

Required skills

• ConnectWise RMM and ConnectWise PSA.
• Microsoft 365 administration.
