IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business stakeholders, enabling high‑quality, timely, market‑aligned hiring decisions for technical positions. The role owns complex recruitment initiatives from start to finish and contributes to continuous improvement of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term recruiting strategies and nurture relationships with potential hires to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, design recruiting strategies, and plan interview and selection procedures.
• Lead and execute sourcing strategies for niche technical positions, including screening calls, assessments, technical tests, and in‑person interviews.
• Mentor junior recruiters, share best practices, and drive operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles such as software engineering, data, cloud, or QA.
• Proven track record managing complex, senior, or niche technical positions and working closely with senior stakeholders.
• High autonomy, ownership, and accountability, with experience in consulting, agency, or fast‑scaling environments.
