Jefe de Mercadeo y Ventas – Hospitality

About the role

The Head of Marketing and Sales will lead the planning and execution of all marketing and sales activities for a hotel and its apartments, aiming to meet commercial objectives, strengthen brand positioning, and create memorable experiences for guests and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales plan with specific targets.
• Prepare, present, and manage the marketing and advertising budget.
• Launch commercial, promotional, and positioning campaigns for the hotel.
• Ensure consistent application of the hotel’s brand identity and corporate guidelines.
• Identify and develop new marketing and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the hotel and apartment sales teams, providing tools, materials, and campaign support.
• Develop activations, events, strategic alliances, and promotional packages.
• Oversee creation of content for social media and other media channels in coordination with the corporate marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Tourism or related fields.
• Excellent presentation skills, age between 25‑40 years.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, and tourism within hotels, resorts, or hospitality companies.
• Proven knowledge of the sales process and outstanding customer‑service orientation.
• Passion for working with people.
• Specialization in digital marketing, branding, or hotel management is desirable.
