About the role

The Urbanization Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of urban development projects. You will be responsible for coordinating all phases, from design to hand‑over, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise every stage of urbanization projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Review and validate plans, technical specifications and budgets, guaranteeing adherence to urban planning and construction regulations.
• Lead on‑site construction teams and external suppliers, organizing daily field tasks.
• Monitor progress, manage incidents, and produce regular status reports.
• Maintain continuous communication with internal departments to align timelines, quality standards and cost targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing urbanization or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong planning and project‑management abilities, including schedule, budget, resource and milestone control.
• In‑depth knowledge of urban planning regulations, construction codes, safety and health standards, and licensing procedures.
• Leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve on‑site issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with suppliers and contractors.

Required skills

• AutoCAD for design review.
• Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Advanced Excel for budgeting and reporting.
