About the role

The company is looking for a senior HR leader to head the Talent Human area of the group. The role is responsible for attracting, developing, engaging and retaining talent while strengthening organizational culture and ensuring compliance with labor legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire HR function, designing and implementing policies, processes and initiatives that support talent management and cultural development.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding and career development processes.
• Implement performance management, training, succession planning and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and other HR administrative processes.
• Provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders and support change initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or specialization preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading full‑cycle HR functions.
• Proven experience designing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in recruitment, organizational development, culture, climate, training, performance management and succession planning.
• Strong knowledge of labor relations, payroll administration and legal compliance.
• Leadership experience managing HR teams and supporting line managers.
• Intermediate English is a plus.
