Junior Brand Manager – Consumer Electronics

About the role

As a Jr. Brand Manager, you will support the development, execution, and monitoring of brand and commercial strategies for the Consumer Electronics category.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of brand initiatives to strengthen market presence.
• Coordinate and monitor promotional activities, product launches, and sales programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with sales teams, distributors, retailers, and marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of business strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, product performance, and business forecasts.
• Assist in product portfolio planning, pricing strategies, and inventory monitoring.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2‑3 years experience in brand management, trade marketing, product management, sales support, or related commercial roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and sales data.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics or durable goods industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred.
