About the role

Own lead generation as your primary core metric—specifically driving inbound phone calls from prospective customers needing immediate service. You will drive performance across core channels, actively optimizing Google Ads and maintaining a consistent cadence on social media.

Key responsibilities

• Generate inbound phone calls from prospective customers, the core measure of success.
• Run and optimize Google Ads, reallocating budget from stale or under‑performing keywords to those that convert.
• Own social media, creating and posting content on a consistent cadence.
• Conduct outbound outreach by joining trade groups and establishing referral relationships with complementary local businesses.
• Adjust the channel mix based on results rather than past setups.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1 or higher) with clear, confident writing and phone communication.
• Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads.
• Experience creating and posting social content for a business.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
