Learning Materials Associate

About the role

The Learning Materials Associate provides day‑to‑day coordination and administrative support for learning materials at RSM. The role ensures that all materials are organized, accurate, and readily available to learners, facilitators, and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support formatting, proofing, naming, filing and distribution of learning materials.
• Maintain tracking logs, repositories, version history and materials checklists.
• Coordinate updates, print or digital production requests, links and file organization.
• Partner with Materials Senior Associates, Producers and Experience Leads to confirm readiness for upcoming programs.
• Identify missing information, broken links, formatting issues or inconsistencies and escalate appropriately.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of administrative, coordination, learning operations, project support or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, problem‑solving and follow‑through skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
• Ability to learn and use learning platforms and collaboration tools.
• Experience with AI‑enabled tools or learning technologies is a plus.
