Learning Services Team Leader

About the role

The Learning Services Team Leader develops, implements and presents training programs for operations associates, enhancing performance and customer service. The role combines coaching, mentoring, and project supervision to meet diverse training needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and follow up work plans with clients and teams, implementing collaborative techniques.
• Design, deliver and grade assessments to measure team performance and monitor metrics and quality standards.
• Conduct observations, provide effective coaching, and create regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Ensure compliance with client SOPs and drive action‑plan implementation.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a learning team or as a team leader.
• Schedule flexibility and availability to work on‑site.
• Strong customer focus, technology adoption, self‑development and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Google Apps for Work tools (Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail).
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced knowledge of customer service, motivation theory, Kirkpatrick model and adult learning principles.
• Development and reporting expertise.
