Líder Comercial – Soluciones SAP en El Salvador

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Commercial Leader to drive growth of our SAP solutions in El Salvador. The role focuses on creating and closing new business opportunities, leveraging personal networks, and delivering results from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and close new accounts for SAP solutions in the region.
• Activate and monetize personal business contacts to generate immediate opportunities.
• Build and manage an independent sales pipeline with disciplined follow‑up.
• Represent the company to potential clients, understand their business needs and match them with our solutions.
• Coordinate with technical and pre‑sales teams to craft winning proposals.
• Report pipeline progress and results to commercial leadership.

Required profile

• Young, ambitious professional eager to grow and take initiative.
• Strong existing network of business contacts that can be activated for sales.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields).
• Motivated by results and commissions rather than just a base salary.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑facing presence.
• Prior extensive tech‑sales experience is not required; attitude and drive are key.
