About the role

We are looking for a strategic professional to lead the evolution of our commercial channels and enhance the customer experience across physical and digital environments. The role will drive business growth by designing commercial initiatives, developing innovative solutions, and conducting comprehensive channel performance analysis to ensure sustainable sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement channel‑specific commercial strategies, taking into account market trends and consumer behavior.
• Analyze key business indicators to uncover opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Design integrated customer experiences, optimizing every touchpoint.
• Lead the development and launch of new products or commercial initiatives.
• Manage tactical communication plans in digital environments.
• Oversee the execution of budgets and campaigns linked to each channel.
• Translate data insights into concrete actions that strengthen commercial performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (post‑graduate studies are a plus).
• Proven experience in channel management, commercial or product strategy development.
• Strong ability to analyse data and monitor business KPIs.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (desired).
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
