Líder de Marketing - Generación de Demanda (Inglés Avanzado)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Leader specialized in Demand Generation to drive revenue growth. You will lead a high‑performing team, design integrated marketing programs, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product and SDR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a dedicated demand‑generation team, managing resources and performance.
• Design and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, ABM, events, content) to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Align campaigns with Sales, Product and SDRs to ensure consistent messaging and ideal customer profile targeting.
• Monitor funnel metrics (MQLs, SQOs, ROI) and translate data into actionable insights.
• Continuously optimize channel mix, audience segmentation and offers based on performance testing.
• Standardize workflows, best practices and technology usage (CRM, automation, analytics) to maximize efficiency.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented professional with strong communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Advanced English (90% written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand‑generation marketing.
• Proven experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Marketo or Salesforce.
• Experience optimizing multichannel campaigns (email, events, webinars, etc.).
