Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator at eLunch is a full‑time, on‑site position based in San Salvador. The role involves planning, organizing and monitoring daily food deliveries to guarantee timely, accurate and efficient distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily food delivery schedules.
• Track orders and manage delivery routes.
• Coordinate with kitchen and warehouse teams to prepare shipments.
• Communicate with drivers to resolve issues and prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support replenishment planning.
• Collaborate with customer service to address delivery‑related inquiries.
• Monitor safety and quality standards throughout the logistics process.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and route optimization.
• Excellent communication abilities for coordinating with drivers, internal teams and customers.
• Experience in inventory management and supply‑chain processes, preferably in food service or retail.
• Proven logistics, operations or distribution experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in San Salvador, manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with logistics or inventory tools.
