Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage international import and export shipments. The role involves coordinating ocean and air freight, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments, including ocean and air freight, and manage bookings with carriers and agents.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain communication with sales, billing, customs, and operations teams.

Required profile

• University studies in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service.
• Experience with customs procedures and international transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with CargoWise (CW1) is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
