Logistics Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage daily order processing and operational activities for NILO®, a fast‑growing beverage brand. This remote position supports our supply chain across El Salvador and Nicaragua, ensuring smooth importation and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle container importation processes with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, FDA, drayage companies, trucking services, and warehouse teams.
• Coordinate order deliveries between the NILO warehouse, trucking companies, and customer distribution centers.
• Audit and resolve inventory inconsistencies at the warehouse level.
• Schedule and coordinate field representatives’ routes and store visits.
• Perform other operational or administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Operational and administrative experience.
• Strong mathematical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Fluent English language skills.
