Logistics Operations Assistant II

About the role

The Logistics Operations Assistant II supports the Procurement and Logistics team by coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth movement of goods across the organization. This position works closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics providers to maintain compliance and service level expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and third‑party logistics providers.
• Track shipments, communicate delivery status, delays, and exceptions to stakeholders.
• Process requisitions within established service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping documentation, and inventory data.
• Assist with inventory management activities such as receiving, reconciliation, transfers, and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, HR, and Operations teams to fulfill business requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement support, or inventory management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, inventory, or transportation management systems (preferred).
