Logistics Operations Assistant – Support Procurement & Logistics

About the role

The Logistics Operations Assistant II provides operational, administrative and coordination support to the Procurement and Logistics team. You will help ensure the efficient movement of goods and services across the organization while maintaining compliance with company policies and service level expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders and third‑party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery status, delays and exceptions to stakeholders.
• Process assigned requisitions within established service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping documentation and inventory data.
• Assist with inventory management activities including receiving, reconciliation, transfers and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, HR and Operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of business requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement support or inventory management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, inventory or transportation management systems (preferred).
