Management Consulting, Operations & Supply Chain Sr. Associate

About the role

RSM is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Management Consulting practice, focusing on Operations and Supply Chain. You will work with mid‑market clients to assess current performance, design future‑state solutions, and drive implementation across complex initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and industry insight during client assessments using data, interviews, and workshops.
• Identify business drivers, prioritize work, and maximize productivity on engagements.
• Develop and implement solutions to achieve clients' desired future state.
• Communicate effectively with client teams, C‑suite executives, and private‑equity partners.
• Support business development, proposal budgeting, pricing, margin management, billing, and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and organization skills.
• Team player with attention to detail and willingness to travel 50% or more.

Required skills

• APICS CPIM certification (preferred).
• APICS CSCP certification (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
