Manager, People Solutions Center

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to oversee People Services Center (PSC) operations supporting the United States and Canada from a LATAM hub. The role ensures service excellence, compliance, process governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across critical HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day HR Shared Services operations for North America, meeting service level agreements.
• Oversee compliance‑sensitive processes such as Benefits Administration, Leave of Absence, Accommodations, I‑9, Work Authorization, Immigration, Background Checks, and Unemployment Claims.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, audit standards, and operational controls.
• Drive process standardization, SOP governance, quality assurance, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Identify automation, digitization, and efficiency opportunities using technology and data analytics.
• Monitor performance metrics, service quality, productivity, compliance, and customer experience to inform decisions.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and operational teams, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on performance, risks, compliance, and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Benefits, or Compliance.
• 1‑2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or supervisors.
• Ability to collaborate across North America time zones and global teams.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
• Experience leading process improvement, automation, change management or service transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of operational controls, compliance, audit readiness, and risk management.
• Familiarity with U.S. and Canada HR processes is preferred.
