About the role

We are seeking a Mandarin‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in El Salvador. In this role you will support international customers through phone, email and chat, delivering high‑quality service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Native or advanced proficiency in Mandarin (required).
• Basic to intermediate Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role is an advantage.
