Marketing Manager

About the role

AppDirect is seeking a Marketing Manager to act as the primary marketing lead for its Firstbase business unit. You will translate business strategy into integrated marketing plans and drive execution that delivers measurable pipeline and revenue results. This is an individual contributor role, not a leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly integrated marketing plans.
• Own campaign strategy across digital, events, content, and enablement.
• Lead product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Set campaign KPIs and measure performance against pipeline and revenue goals.
• Translate business priorities into marketing programs with clear ROI expectations.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and oversee external contractors or agency partners when needed.
• Identify cross‑sell and shared go‑to‑market opportunities across the portfolio.
• Present marketing results and insights to business unit stakeholders.
• Continuously refine programs based on performance data and Voice of Customer insights.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, telecom, or services.
• Experience owning marketing strategy for a product line, business unit, or revenue segment.
• Strong understanding of direct and/or channel go‑to‑market models.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
• Comfort presenting performance insights and recommendations.
• Ownership mindset with strong business acumen.
