Marketing Senior Specialist – SV

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Senior Specialist to lead commercial and trade‑marketing activities for Hisense in El Salvador. The role combines account management, channel development and coordination of promotional campaigns to drive sales and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts, retailers, wholesalers and distributors, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening relationships.
• Develop and monitor monthly commercial plans, sales forecasts, sell‑in/sell‑out performance and inventory levels.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches and point‑of‑sale activities with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.
• Support new product introductions, assortment expansion and end‑of‑life strategies.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and customer plans while ensuring order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, business development or combined sales‑and‑marketing roles, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Proven experience managing wholesale or distributor accounts in the Salvadoran market.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Working knowledge of CRM, ERP or BI systems.
• Understanding of sell‑in, sell‑out, market share, inventory aging and account profitability.
