About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Doctor to lead occupational health initiatives for our workforce. The role focuses on promoting health, preventing illness, and providing comprehensive medical care to employees in a corporate setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide integral medical care to all collaborators.
• Manage occupational health examinations and medical check‑ups.
• Plan and execute preventive health campaigns and wellness days.
• Deliver health promotion and disease‑prevention talks.
• Monitor employee health conditions and workplace hygiene.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to design, plan, and implement wellness policies and programs.
• Support logistics and implementation of health projects in coordination with the Occupational Safety and Health department.

Required profile

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
• Preferable training or knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in corporate clinics, occupational medicine, or labor health.
