Mensajero – Entregas y Gestión Administrativa

About the role

The company based in San Salvador is seeking a reliable Messenger to handle the delivery and collection of documents, packages, and materials while supporting administrative tasks. This role is essential for maintaining smooth internal and external communications, ensuring that critical paperwork reaches its destination without delay.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up documents, parcels, and other items to designated locations across the city.
• Manage external administrative procedures and errands, such as filing and obtaining signatures.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of all documentation, adhering to company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, pickups, and related activities in a logbook or digital system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize urgent shipments and resolve any delivery issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) completed.
• Minimum of one year experience working as a messenger, courier, or similar role.
• Own motorcycle with valid registration, insurance, and up‑to‑date documentation.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.

Required skills

• Valid motorcycle operation and safe driving practices.
