About the role
RSM is a leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally. The Senior Associate will implement, configure, and support Microsoft Business Central for clients, working within an inclusive culture that empowers personal and professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Microsoft Business Central, including installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation.
- Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications.
- Provide post‑implementation help‑desk support and both onsite and offsite consulting services.
- Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central.
