Mobile Services Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Services Support Specialist to deliver expert bilingual assistance to customers using our mobile products and services. The role involves handling inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users through device setup and plan management in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in French and English for account, billing, and technical queries related to mobile services.
• Assist customers with device activation, plan configuration, and feature usage.
• Troubleshoot problems with mobile devices, applications, and network connectivity.
• Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer management system.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams and follow up to ensure timely solutions.
• Conduct proactive outreach for account updates, new offers, and product announcements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or mobile services is preferred.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Understanding of mobile services, devices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency with customer service software and mobile service platforms.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
