Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and collections teams to resolve issues and expedite loan processing.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service, mortgage loan services, or finance preferred.
• Advanced fluency in English.
