MS Sales Representative

About the role

The MS Sales Representative will drive pre‑sales and sales activities for infrastructure services, creating plans and strategies to increase recurring revenue and protect the contract base through renewals. This role works closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage forecast and progress of opportunities for assigned services, including hardware maintenance, professional and consulting services.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales teams on projects, defining scope, terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Partner with Customer Success to develop renewal strategies for existing service contracts.
• Develop business plans and sales strategies to grow recurring income.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT services management, account management, pre‑sales, business development, solution architecture, and service sales.
• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency; TIL Foundation certification is a plus.
