Onboarding Project Manager – LATAM

About the role

As an Onboarding Project Manager you will lead complex onboarding projects for Cloudbeds’ mid‑market customers across Latin America. You will guide clients from contract signature through adoption, ensuring a smooth transition to the Account Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle for mid‑market customers, from sales handoff to go‑live and transition.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables to guarantee timely implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, driving clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project.
• Lead customer meetings (pre‑kickoff, kickoff, check‑ins, go‑live) and document action items.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring high‑touch customer experience and rapid value realization.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, Product, Support and Professional Services teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SaaS onboarding or implementation projects, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote environment and navigate complex customer journeys.
• Proactive, collaborative problem‑solver with a customer‑centric mindset.
