About the role

We are seeking an Online Shopping Support Specialist to assist customers throughout their e‑commerce journey. The role involves handling inquiries via chat, email and phone, ensuring smooth order placement, tracking, returns and payment issues while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support through chat, email and phone for online shopping queries.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations and returns.
• Troubleshoot payment problems, discount applications and checkout concerns.
• Guide users through website navigation and product selection.
• Address complaints, resolve disputes and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Stay updated on product details, promotions and e‑commerce platform changes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, e‑commerce support or retail preferred.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
