Operador de Producción

About the role

The Production Operator supports daily operations on food manufacturing lines, ensuring materials are handled correctly, work areas stay clean and orderly, and production targets are met while adhering to quality, safety and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in operating machinery used in the production process to meet scheduled output.
• Perform cleaning and sanitisation of equipment and production areas to guarantee hygiene and safety.
• Record operational and cleaning activities to confirm compliance with assigned work plans.
• Implement and monitor BPM, HACCP and ISO certification requirements in relevant tasks.
• Support quality, food safety, environmental, energy and safety management systems.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a warehouse, loading, production or cleaning environment (preferred but not mandatory).
• Completed high‑school education (Bachillerato).
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Motivation to work and learn on the job.
• Own transportation is ideal.

Required skills

• Knowledge of BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Familiarity with HACCP food‑safety principles.
• Understanding of ISO certification standards.
