About the role
The Production Operator (Operario de Producción) performs non‑critical, entry‑level tasks on the shop floor, supporting the first‑level manufacturing process. The role ensures that production targets are met while adhering to quality, safety, and food‑handling standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the assigned production load for each area.
- Follow HACCP, quality, and regulatory standards to guarantee food safety.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper use and functionality.
- Support the production plan and comply with established procedures and policies.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
