About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator (Level 1) to perform non‑critical tasks on the first‑level production line in a food manufacturing environment. The role supports the daily production plan, ensuring that output meets quality, safety and productivity standards while following established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Execute first‑level operational activities classified as non‑critical, following defined procedures and policies.
• Maintain productivity targets while adhering to production, quality and food‑safety standards.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload allocated to each area.
• Produce goods that comply with HACCP, governmental regulations and technical specifications.
• Care for company assets, ensuring proper use and functional condition of equipment.
• Support quality control by following handling and hygiene procedures.
• Report any equipment issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Required profile

• Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing setting.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of HACCP food‑safety principles.
