About the role
The Production Operator (Operario de producción 1) performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the first‑level manufacturing process in a food‑handling environment. The role follows defined procedures, policies and processes to help meet the established production plan.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical, ensuring productivity and adherence to production, quality and food safety standards.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload allocated to each area.
- Produce output that complies with HACCP regulations, governmental food‑safety requirements and technical specifications.
- Maintain and protect company assets, ensuring proper use and functionality of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education completed (sixth grade).
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing setting.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards.
