About the role
This position is an entry‑level production operator responsible for non‑critical tasks on the shop floor. The role supports the manufacturing plan by performing first‑level operational activities while following established procedures, policies, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level production activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and ensure compliance with production, quality, and food‑safety standards.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload targets for each area.
- Produce goods in accordance with quality, safety regulations and HACCP requirements.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper operation and appropriate use.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
Required skills
- Basic food‑handling knowledge.
- Understanding of HACCP food‑safety principles.
