About the role
This position is for a Production Operator who will carry out non‑critical, first‑level tasks on the shop floor. The role focuses on maintaining productivity while adhering to defined procedures, quality standards, and food safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Ensure production targets are met and the assigned workload for each area is completed efficiently.
- Follow established procedures, policies, and processes to guarantee product quality and safety.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP and other governmental food safety regulations.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper use and good functioning of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; ability to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to work safely and responsibly in a production environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP principles.
- Understanding of food safety standards.
