About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the manufacturing line that processes food products. This entry‑level position follows defined procedures, policies and HACCP standards to ensure safe and efficient production.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical, maintaining productivity and meeting production targets.
- Follow quality, safety and HACCP guidelines to guarantee food safety and regulatory compliance.
- Handle assigned workload efficiently across different areas of the plant.
- Maintain and protect company assets, ensuring proper use and functionality.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) completed.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to follow safety and quality procedures.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP principles.
