About the role

The Production Operator (Level 1) performs non‑critical tasks in the assigned production area, following established procedures, policies, and processes. The role ensures that daily production plans are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
• Maintain productivity and adhere to production, quality, and food safety standards.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload allocated to each area.
• Produce according to HACCP guidelines, governmental regulations, and technical specifications.
• Protect company assets by ensuring proper use and upkeep of equipment.

Required profile

• Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of HACCP food‑safety system.
