About the role
This position is for an entry‑level production operator who will carry out non‑critical tasks on the shop floor. The role supports the first‑level manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets, quality, and food‑safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities classified as non‑critical, maintaining productivity and adherence to production, quality, and safety standards.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the production load allocated to each area.
- Produce according to quality, safety, and governmental regulations, following HACCP guidelines.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper use and functionality.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to follow defined procedures, policies, and processes.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles.
